You're already at a perfect weight but if you are 5'7 and are 100 pounds you will look unattractive because of how skinny you are.
You don't need to lose weight. This is how anorexia/bulemia starts out. Just eat a well balanced diet following the food pyramid and work out 3 times a week.
Decreasing and keepting your weight at 100 pounds will cause health problems not only now but throughout the rest of your life. You are already above average height and below average weight for your age; according to standard weight charts you should not weigh less than 125.
So what kinds of health problems can being underweight cause?
Fatigue. Low blood pressure. Hair loss. Dry skin. Anemia. Easy bruising. Brittle fingernails. Bleeding gums. Menstrual irregularities. Thyroid irregularities. Osteoporosis. Electrolyte imbalances. Cardiac arrhythmias. Kidney and liver failure. Death.
A very general rule for ';how much should I weigh'; is:
100 pounds for 5 feet
4-5 pounds for every inch after that

whoa sweetie u are acctually underweight but i would suggest gaining some muscle it will still help burn calories but will make u feel healthier
