I am a teenage girl trying to strengthen my legs, develop abs, and workout my glut(butt)
I am thinking about mainly doing cardio for my legs and butt. What is an effective workout i can do in the gym with exercise equipment? Thanks! =]What is a good workout routine at the gym for a teenage girl?
try this:
Not fast, more resistance than speed or reps
10-15min on the elliptical
10-15min on the stair machince/ or just doing step up/downs
squats (later add weights)
side, front and back leg lifts while standing
lay on your belly (or a big yoga ball) and do leg lifts
if that doesn't work I don't know what will...that's a very good work out

You dont need equipment. Run outside, do push-ups and sit-ups. just as many as you can everyday and youll be a beast. i promise.
