You'd have to destroy the media and anyone who knows what it is.


Then try to ban sex scene from movies and stop talking about sex in songs. Finally, destroy all graphic magazines with women exploited and stop referring to men and women as sex symbols.

if it's y'know, against the law to have sex before the age of consent then surely the pregnant couple should at least pay a fine or something for breaking the law, not get a load of welfare.

if your money wasn't given to them it would be spent elsewhere - on weapons or military force probably. better to invest in children than in war i guess.

Teaching abstinence is not full proof. The kid does have their own opinion. The only way to get the kids to not become pregnant and cause people to pay taxes is if they are locked in basements. Everyone has their own choices, and teen pregnancy will never be gone.
i say if a girl has a baby under the age of 21 ,,, no money , 2, adopted at birth , there need to be a complete over haul of the system to make these kids think what they are doing .these poor babies have a hell of a life ahead of them ..many end up under he welfare system..

There's nothing anyone can do, sorry. That's just the way it is. Most tax dollars don't go to them anyway, only like 30% goes to government assistance. The rest goes to construction, military, education, etc.
Get over it.

Better parenting. Better sex education. Teaching abstinence does NOT work, by the way. You need to educate kids about how to not get pregnant, not tell them not to have sex. They're just going to do it anyway.
Make everyone infertile until they're 18? There's no way you can do it... Sex is just too apealing, especially to people who don't know about it
Better parenting. Promoting morals and values/abstinence together with safe sex. People blame not enough sex ed but every school has it.... thats a pretty dumb excuse.
