Yah, there isn't like an age limit on how old a guy has to be in order to go to jail. You really need to go to the hospital and get examined so there is evidence supporting the rape. When you report it just tell them exactly what happened. Don't fabricate anything so it won't come back to haunt you. If you don't know how to answer a question the police ask, just say you don't. There not going to judge you.
