Where can i find a longer monologue for a teenage girl?

As our final project in Drama 10 we have to present a monologue. It needs to be pretty long, 21/2 to 3 minutes. I am a teenage girl and would like the character to be between 12-20. I am thinking something more dramatic. Have any suggestions?Where can i find a longer monologue for a teenage girl?
Try anything that the character Emily does in the play ';Our Town'; by Thornton Wilder.

She has several longer monologues and all of them are lovely.

I did the ';Goodbye World'; monologue for an audition recently.

I recommend reading the play or at least a synopsis of the play first, though.Where can i find a longer monologue for a teenage girl?
There are monologue books out there, organized by type, character age, etc, but most of the passages are really over used.

Sandra Cisneros' book ';House on Mango St.'; has some short vingettes that would make really good monologues, and the character is in the age range you describe.

Besides, its a good book. You should read it.
Try the monologue by the evil queen in the play ';Once upon a mattress'; it is the story of the princess and the pea. The monologue is when the queen (who knows everything of course) tells her son the prince what is right for his life. I preformed this a senior in high school and it is about 2-3 minutes long. Good Luck!
Be Puck from A Midsummer's Night Dream, and do his ending speech. Or you could be Hamlet and do it in a very emo way, and make people laugh......
