You don't ever pay to become a model. That's how you know an agency is a scam. An agency should sign you for free, then make money AFTER they book you on a job

The top agencies in Toronto are Ford, Elite, Next, Giovanni, Elmer Olsen

Most require you to be 5'7';+ by age 13.

Ford requires 5'9'; minimum, Elite requires 5'7'; at age 14 (they won't represent 13 year olds), and Giovanni, Next and Elmer Olsen require height of at least 5'8';

You also need to have measurements around 34-24-34 plus or minus 1';

In the modeling industry, by age 13 you are no longer considered a child model and need to meet the physical requirements of their Womens divisionWhat does it take to become a teenage model and how to get discoverd.?
Depends what type of modelling. You can generally be a commercial model at any age, height and weight, but runway models have I think a 5,7 minimum, and you'll rarely find runway models in their early teens.

You need to have something about you that stands out from the rest. Agencies don't take on every average Jane, and just being pretty won't get you far either. You need to look different and unusual.

Proper agencies will never ask for money upfront. You'll have to pay for portfolios and the like, but never give an agency money until they've at least met you face to face.

If you're that keen to model find a fall-back first. Concentrate on your studies so if you can't break through into the modelling industry, at least you'll have good grades to get you somewhere.
